Criccieth has everything holidaying Britons could wish for.
Located in Snowdonia in North Wales, the town has two beaches, a castle and of course, access to the national park.
Criccieth is known as the Pearl of Wales on the Shores of Snowdonia, and is on Cardigan Bay, on the Southern side of the Llyn Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
On Tripadvisor, user Shooz said: “A beautiful place, if not a little quiet for some.
“But if in own transport would be a beautiful place to use as a base. The little tea rooms in the square is a great place to relax with a cuppa or have something to eat.”
